3. Powerback process control

The power -on process refers to the high voltage of electric vehicle power system. When the vehicle encounters an emergency, cut off the connection between the high -voltage power supply and the power system to ensure the safety of the ride. High -voltage electricity includes normal parking and power failure and emergency failure.

When the normal parking is disconnected, the VMS enters the automatic power off process after receiving the shutdown of the power -off signal, completes the high -voltage power process of the power system in accordance with the timing, and diagnose and test the electricity process. Start the timer at the time of power to indicate the duration of the time. Specific electricity sequence is:

1) VMS sends the instructions of the motor to stop the work. When the motor feedback has stopped working, or the motor communication failure, or the timer time exceeds the waiter stop working time, the VMS controls the DC/DC module to stop working and control the vacuum pump at a high voltage.

2) After the interlaced waiting time for the relay is closed, the VMS controls the battery contact.

3) The main contactor of the battery is under the condition of disconnect, and the emergency fault conditions are detected under this step. If the key rotates to the ON bit at this time, or the timer time exceeds delay waiting for relay closure time, the electrical mode will be switched to the power -on mode.

Before the official disconnection of the high -voltage contactor, the battery box temperature must be detected, and the power -off process is automatically executed within the temperature license range and delayed a certain period of time to ensure the power supply of the VMS itself. The detection temperature exceeds the range permit, and the fan is forced to cool down the battery pack until the temperature permits high pressure. Emergency failure may occur in any operating condition. For example, when the vehicle starts, runs, and power is different, emergency failures are detected, such as the low -voltage tapered paper, the line sintering, etc., the high -pressure contactor is automatically cut off for Delivery at high voltage. If the high voltage time is too long, forcibly switch to the low -voltage power power mode. When the emergency failure is detected and the motor is not discharged, the electrical mode enters the emergency fault mode. In the process of high -voltage electricity, self -protection signals are used to ensure low voltage and electricity.
